How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

Send an email to info@esdecode.com with the following information (a complete notice helps us act quickly):

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (identify the original work).
  3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Site (URL(s)).
  4. A statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full name is acceptable for email notices).

What happens next

We will review the notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter‑notice

If you are the uploader and believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter‑notice containing:

  1. Your name, address, and email.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., an equivalent statement.
  5. Your signature (electronic is acceptable).

After receiving a valid counter‑notice we may restore the content unless the claimant files a lawsuit within the time permitted by law.
