Seller terms
These seller terms summarize the baseline obligations for publishing on esdecode. They sit alongside the marketplace Terms of Service, the content review process and the author fee policy.
Core obligations
- Upload only products and assets you own or are authorized to distribute.
- Keep screenshots, demos, compatibility claims and documentation materially accurate.
- Respond to required review changes before publication or re-review.
- Do not include malware, hidden backdoors, license circumvention or infringing content.
- Honor the support and update commitments stated on the listing.
- Accept that approved refunds, chargebacks and fraud reversals may reduce payable earnings.
Listing accuracy
Product pages must clearly state what the buyer receives, the technology stack, hosting requirements, framework versions, installation steps, licensing and any third-party dependencies. If a live demo or credentials stop working, the listing may be limited or sent back for review until corrected.
Support and updates
Sellers remain responsible for product-specific fixes and communication within the policy described on their listing. Material updates can trigger re-review, especially when core functionality, security-sensitive code or dependencies change.
Payouts and reversals
Earnings are credited to the seller balance after a successful sale, then paid out on the marketplace schedule after hold periods for refunds, fraud checks and compliance review. Refunded or disputed orders reverse the associated earnings.
Enforcement
esdecode may reject, unpublish or suspend listings that violate these terms, mislead buyers, break license rules, fail review repeatedly or expose users to unacceptable risk.
