Digital goods are generally non-refundable. Because digital products can be copied instantly, refunds are granted only in limited circumstances.
When refunds may be granted
- Product is defective and Seller cannot or will not provide a working version.
- Product significantly differs from its description or demo.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase where the Buyer can demonstrate the mistake.
How to request a refund
Open a support request and include order number, product, author, and a description of the issue. Attach screenshots or files demonstrating the problem. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
