Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the marketplace and related services provided by this site. The marketplace enables independent creators ("Sellers") to list, sell and distribute digital products (themes, templates, scripts, assets, code, design files, etc.) and enables customers ("Buyers") to purchase and download those products. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use the Site you must be at least 18 years old and able to form binding contracts.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Seller obligations

Sellers are solely responsible for the content of their product listings, previews and downloadable files. Sellers must not upload malware or infringing material and must ensure product descriptions are accurate. We may remove or refuse listings that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

4. Purchases, delivery and downloads

Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. After successful payment Buyers receive access to downloads and any included license keys or instructions. We act as a marketplace intermediary and do not make claims about Seller warranties beyond what the Seller states in the listing.

5. Licensing

Each product lists the license types offered (for example: Regular, Extended). The license text that governs Buyer use is included with the product files or on the product page. Buyers acquire a license to use the product as specified; ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with the Seller unless explicitly transferred.

6. Fees, payouts and taxes

Buyers pay the listed price plus applicable taxes to the marketplace. We collect payments through third-party payment providers and credit Seller earnings to an internal marketplace balance after a successful sale. Seller earnings are not transferred automatically at checkout.

Seller payouts are processed according to our payout schedule and policies. Unless stated otherwise in the Seller dashboard, payouts are reviewed monthly, require a minimum unpaid balance of $50, and may be held for at least 30 days to cover refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, tax review, account verification, or other risk controls. Payouts may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or another supported payout method.

7. Refunds and returns

Refunds are granted only in accordance with our Refund Policy. Digital goods are generally non-refundable except for defective, significantly not-as-described items or where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

Sellers warrant they have the rights to distribute content they upload. If you believe your copyrighted work was used without authorization, follow our DMCA & Copyright Policy to submit a claim (see the DMCA page).

9. User content

Any reviews, comments or other user-submitted content may be used by the Site under a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license. We may remove or moderate user content at our discretion.

10. Prohibited conduct

Do not use the Site for illegal purposes, uploading malware, circumventing payments or scraping data without permission. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnity and termination

You agree to indemnify the Site for claims arising from your use or violations. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, fraud, or legal reasons; termination does not relieve you of accrued obligations.

13. Governing law and changes
