NoteBox is a small self-hosted PHP notes, snippets and bookmarks vault with a plain PHP router, SQLite schema, storage service, notes service, config file and static dashboard previews.
It is intentionally lightweight: a practical base for internal notes without a full framework, with a high-contrast yellow paper interface and searchable preview screens.
