TenantHelp – Multi-Tenant Help Desk & Ticketing System (Spring Boot + Vue 3)

TenantHelp is a production-ready, multi-tenant help desk and ticketing source code built for SaaS founders, agencies and IT teams that need to run support for multiple customer organizations from a single deployment. A platform console provisions tenants, manages quotas and monitors activity, while each tenant gets its own isolated workspace accessed through a subdomain login.

Every workspace ships with a complete ticket lifecycle: public and private tickets, statuses, priorities, categories, agent assignment, threaded public replies, staff-only internal notes, file attachments with secure download, search and filtering, and pagination. An optional approval workflow holds end-user tickets in a pending queue until a reviewer approves or rejects them, and SMTP email notifications keep requesters and agents in sync. A public guest portal lets visitors submit tickets without an account and track progress through a tokenized status page, so external customers can be served without provisioning users.

Security and isolation are handled at the framework level: JWT authentication, BCrypt password hashing, role-based access control with custom tenant roles, fine-grained permission sets, automatic tenant data isolation, request tracing, rate limiting and XSS filtering. Dashboards include platform-wide metrics as well as per-tenant KPIs with a priority chart and recent ticket feed, and tenant settings cover SMTP credentials, guest submission, approval rules, upload size limits and allowed file types.

The package contains the full backend and frontend source code, the MySQL schema with demo seed data (platform admin, three tenants, users in every role, sample tickets and threaded comments), and a clean, fully English interface. The backend has 19 passing automated tests and the frontend builds for production with Vite. The codebase is organized by module, easy to rebrand, and ready for commercial deployment.
