ProjectFlow is a complete, self-hosted project-management platform for agencies, consultancies and internal PMOs — the teams that run many clients' projects at once. It is not a UI kit or a demo: it is a fully-featured, heavily-tested application you can deploy today and build your product on.

🏢 Built around multi-company

The defining idea is multi-tenancy done properly: one user account belongs to many companies and holds a different role, with different permissions, in each. Company data is isolated at five independent layers, and cross-tenant access returns 404 rather than 403 — because confirming a record exists would itself leak. A header switcher moves between companies and the whole application changes with it.

• Guided onboarding — pick a company, then a project; the active context is always shown in a Jira-style left sidebar.
• Projects, any methodology — predictive, agile, hybrid, flow-based and stage-gate. The delivery mode decides which tools and metrics each project gets. Seven visibility levels.
• Work & a drag-and-drop board — configurable workflows with allow-listed transitions (a forbidden move explains why), WIP limits, ageing, comments, checklists, labels and typed dependencies with a cycle guard.
• Delivery methodologies — Critical Path (working-day aware), Scrum with frozen commitment and velocity, Kanban flow metrics with percentiles, WBS codes, and baselines that separate slippage from scope change.
• Time & resourcing — timers, weekly timesheets with approval, computed capacity, and a colour-coded team calendar where a manager can drill into and correct a report's draft time.
• Finance — budgets & revisions, expenses, gap-free invoicing from approved time, payments, credit notes, profitability and full earned value (CPI, SPI, EAC, TCPI). Invoice PDFs included.
• Governance (RAID) — risks with scoring, issues, decisions, and change control that assesses before it approves.
• Reporting & automation — charted dashboards, portfolio & resource reports, CSV exports, an automation engine, and scheduled digests.
• REST API & webhooks — company-bound tokens, versioned /api/v1, signed and retried delivery.
• Security — TOTP 2FA with recovery codes, brute-force protection, and an append-only audit trail with sensitive-value masking.

⚙️ Requirements

PHP 8.2+ (8.4 recommended), PostgreSQL 17, Nginx or Apache and Composer. Optional: Redis 7 and Node 22 (only to rebuild assets). For the one-command stack: Docker Engine 24+ with Compose v2 (~4 GB RAM).
