StockMate – Inventory, Stock & Sales Management System (Flask + Python)

StockMate is a self-hosted inventory and sales management system built for warehouses, retail stores and small factories. It ships as a single Flask application with server-rendered Jinja2 templates and a clean, Apple-inspired UI in English — no frontend build step, no Node.js required.

Manage your catalog with SKUs, categories, suppliers and warehouses; record stock-in and stock-out movements with operator tracking; create multi-line sales orders and move them through their lifecycle; and let the system raise low-stock alerts automatically against per-product minimum levels. A role-based permission model (Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer) keeps sensitive actions controlled, while public registration is gated behind admin approval.

Every critical action is written to an audit log, and the full inventory ledger can be exported to Excel (.xlsx) in one click. The dashboard surfaces live KPIs, low-stock counts and recent activity so staff can see the state of the business at a glance.

Deployment is straightforward: install requirements, run app.py (or gunicorn app:app), and the database tables plus the default admin account are created automatically on first start. SQLite works out of the box, and switching to MySQL or PostgreSQL is a single DATABASE_URL change. The codebase contains no Chinese text and is ready for commercial resale.
